The Structural Model and Operational Mechanism of Vocational and Technical Teachers'Cross-cultural Competence under the"Belt and Road"Vision——An Exploratory Study Based on Grounded Theory
At present,vocational education in China is deeply involved in the construction of the"Belt and Road",showing a strong development momentum.In this context,the academic community's sys-tematic exploration of vocational and technical teachers'cross-cultural competence is relatively lagging,and theoretical research cannot meet the practical needs.Based on the grounded theory,the author deeply explores the cross-cultural competence of vocational and technical teachers and identifies five core catego-ries,namely,the community of human destiny,cross-cultural adaptability,cross-cultural conflict resolu-tion ability,cross-cultural reflective ability and cross-cultural teaching and learning ability,so as to build a diamond-shaped dynamic multidimensional structure model.Through the interaction and stabilization mechanism of the substratum triangle,the guiding and integrating mechanism of the core concept,and the practical application mechanism of the top-level ability,the model achieves organic operation,providing theoretical support and practical reference for the development of vocational and technical teachers'cross-cultural competence under the vision of the"Belt and Road".
