"一带一路"视阈下职业技术教师跨文化能力结构模型与运行机制——一项基于扎根理论的探索性研究

当前,我国职业教育深度参与"一带一路"建设,呈现出强劲的发展势头.在此背景下,学界对职业技术教师跨文化能力的系统探究却相对滞后,理论研究无法满足实际需求.运用扎根理论深入探索职业技术教师的跨文化能力,识别出五个核心范畴——人类命运共同体、跨文化适应力、跨文化冲突解决力、跨文化反思力以及跨文化教与学的能力,以此构建钻石型动态多维结构模型.该模型通过基层三角的互动与稳固机制、核心理念的引领与整合机制、顶层能力的实践应用机制实现有机运行,为"一带一路"视阈下职业技术教师跨文化能力的发展提供理论支持和实践参考.
Abstract
At present,vocational education in China is deeply involved in the construction of the"Belt and Road",showing a strong development momentum.In this context,the academic community's sys-tematic exploration of vocational and technical teachers'cross-cultural competence is relatively lagging,and theoretical research cannot meet the practical needs.Based on the grounded theory,the author deeply explores the cross-cultural competence of vocational and technical teachers and identifies five core catego-ries,namely,the community of human destiny,cross-cultural adaptability,cross-cultural conflict resolu-tion ability,cross-cultural reflective ability and cross-cultural teaching and learning ability,so as to build a diamond-shaped dynamic multidimensional structure model.Through the interaction and stabilization mechanism of the substratum triangle,the guiding and integrating mechanism of the core concept,and the practical application mechanism of the top-level ability,the model achieves organic operation,providing theoretical support and practical reference for the development of vocational and technical teachers'cross-cultural competence under the vision of the"Belt and Road".
