摘要

从专家组的视角对2023年全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛情况进行了点评,分析了2023年比赛方案的鲜明导向,帮助教师准确把握比赛的引领作用;从"比赛内容"的教学内容、教学设计、教学实施、教学评价、教学反思五个方面,通过若干案例剖析了参赛团队在实际教学中呈现出的特点,反映了职业院校教学改革成果;指出了参赛团队在人才培养方案贯彻、课程标准规范、教材选用、教案、教学视频、课堂展示、教学实施报告、答辩等方面存在的共性问题,提出了比赛引领教育教学改革发展的五个方向.

Abstract

From the perspective of the expert group,this paper evaluates the teaching ability competi-tion of the 2023 National Vocational College Skills Competition and analyzes the direction of the 2023 com-petition plan,helping teachers accurately grasp the leading role of the competition;From five aspects of the"competition",including teaching content,teaching design,teaching implementation,teaching evaluation,and teaching reflection,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the participating teams in actual teaching through several cases,reflecting the achievements of teaching reform in vocational colleges;It also pointed out the common problems that the participating teams have in the implementation of talent training pro-grams,curriculum standards,textbook selection,lesson plans,teaching videos,classroom presentations,teaching implementation reports,defense,etc.,and proposed five directions for the competition to lead the reform and development of education and teaching.
