新型职业农民培育课程体系建设研究

摘要
课程体系建设是实现课程培养目标的重要途径,也是提高新型职业农民培育质量的关键要素.实践性课程理论对新型职业农民培育课程体系的开发具有重要启示作用.当前,新型职业农民培育课程体系建设缺乏实践性理论指导,存在缺乏实践性目标和方案、缺乏系列化框架、缺乏多样化实施途径、缺乏精细化管理机制等问题.在对问题进行分析的基础上,从课程规划、课程开发、课程实施、课程管理等四个方面探索构建新型职业农民培育"立体化"课程体系.
Abstract
The construction of curriculum system is an important way to achieve curriculum training goals and a key element to improve the quality of cultivating new-type professional farmers.The theory of practical curriculum plays an important enlightening role in the development of curriculum system for culti-vating new-type professional farmers.Currently,the construction of the curriculum system for cultivating new-type professional farmers lacks practical theoretical guidance.Through interviews,it was summarized that the curriculum system for cultivating new-type professional farmers lacks of practical goals and plans,a series of frameworks,diverse implementation approaches,and refined management mechanisms.Based on the analysis of the problem,the construction of a new"three-dimensional"curriculum system for cultivat-ing new-type professional farmers from four aspects was explored:curriculum planning,curriculum develop-ment,curriculum implementation,and curriculum management.
