摘要
近年来,以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能技术已经强势影响教育领域并得到广泛应用.社区教育作为面向社区全体成员的教育活动,新时代正面临人民群众日益多样化、泛在化、个性化的学习需求.一方面需要依托ChatGPT的优势进一步提升社区教育服务能力,另一方面也要应对由此带来的各种问题,关键是需要寻求ChatGPT赋能社区教育的有效策略.ChatGPT赋能社区教育有助于弥补社区师资能力短板、有助于促进社区教学资源拓展、有助于推进社区学习方式创新;同时也存在某些风险隐忧、一定知识局限和若干教学缺陷等问题.鉴于此,ChatGPT赋能社区教育可以以共生理念重构教学机制、以素养提升重塑教师能力、以制度建设强化教学规范.
Abstract
In recent years,the technology of generative Artificial Intelligence(AI)represented by ChatGPT has a profound influence and widespread use in education the field of education.As an education-al activity for all the members of the community,community education is facing the increasingly diversified,ubiquitous and personalized learning needs of the people in the new era.It is necessary to rely on the advan-tages of ChatGPT to further enhance the ability of service of community education,on the other hand,it is also necessary to deal with the various problems brought about by it.The key is to seek effective strategies for ChatGPT to empower community education.The ChatGPT's empowerment of community education is helpful to make up the shortcomings of community teachers'ability,promote the expansion of community teaching resources and the innovation of community learning methods.At the same time,there are also some risks,knowledge limitations and teaching defects.In view of this,the ChatGPT's empowerment of community education can transform the teaching mechanism with the idea of symbiosis,remodel the teach-er's ability with the literacy improvement,and strengthen the teaching snorms with the system construction.
