Digital Development of Community Education:Dynamic Mechanism,Operational Logic and Contradiction Relief——Case Study Based on the"Educating Smart Neighbors"Cloud Classroom
The iterative upgrading of digital technology continues to drive innovation and transforma-tion in community education.The driving mechanism of the digital development of community education comes from the comprehensive effect of"driving force-state-response",manifested as the driving force for the digital development of community education formed by the top-level design of the state and the develop-ment of digital technology,which in turn affects the status of community education environment and resi-dents'educational needs,and promotes cross-sectoral coordination among the main bodies of community education.The main operational logic of community education digitization is presented as follows:emphasiz-ing the design concept of inclusiveness and convenience,the main structure of organizational collaboration and linkage,integrating intensive and optimized educational resources,and reshaping standardized and effi-cient action procedures.In the face of a series of contradictions in practice,we still need to start from the three factors of"driving force-state-response"in the future,enhance the practical adaptability of the sys-tem design,improve the mass support of digital transformation,consolidate the long-term effectiveness of re-source support,and further promote the"quality and efficiency"of the development of community education digitization.
