摘要
资源是推动社区教育发展的重要基础.社区教育资源包括物质资源、人力资源、组织资源、信息资源、精神资源等.系统论视域下,社区教育的资源体系构成复杂且内涵丰富,是一个包括基础性资源、运行性资源和保障性资源等在内的综合性系统.加强社区教育资源体系建设,宏观层面应强化政府主导,加强资源的顶层设计;中观层面,形成内外联通机制,强化资源的信息整合;微观层面,提高队伍专业服务能力,加强资源使用的成效转化,不断优化社区教育资源体系及其运行机制.
Abstract
Resources are an important foundation for promoting the development of community educa-tion.Community education resources include material resources,human resources,organizational resourc-es,information resources,spiritual resources,etc.From the perspective of system theory,the resource sys-tem of community education is complex and rich in conation.It is a comprehensive system including basic resources,operational resources,and guarantee resources.To strengthen the construction of community edu-cation resource system,the macroscopic level should strengthen the government's leadership and strength-en the top-level design of resources;at the mesoscopic level,the internal and external communication mech-anism is formed to strengthen the information integration of resources;at the microscopic level,we should improve the professional service ability of the team,strengthen the effective transformation of resource use,and constantly optimize the community education resource system and its operation mechanism.
