资源配置是高等职业教育发展的关键前因条件,资源配置的逻辑反映了高等职业教育发展的目标和方向.以广东高等职业院校的资源分配为研究对象,采用fsQCA模糊集定性比较研究方法,对2016-2019年广东高等职业院校资源分配的经验进行了总结.结果显示,高等职业院校资源的择优分配现象,不仅在项目制资源分配的实践中存在,在单位制资源分配的实践中也存在.而且都是作为关键核心条件对资源的分配结果产生影响,高等职业教育资源分配的马太效应显著.未来中国高等职业教育将进入办学范式和发展模板的应用与推广阶段,要扩大"择优"范围,扩大"择优"的选择条件和依据的资源配置优化策略.
Abstract
Resource allocation is a key prerequisite for the development of higher vocational educa-tion,and the logic of resource allocation reflects the goals and directions of higher vocational education de-velopment.The resource allocation of Guangdong higher vocational colleges was taken as the research ob-ject,and the fsQCA fuzzy set qualitative comparative research method was used to summarize the experi-ence of resource allocation in Guangdong higher vocational colleges from 2016 to 2019.The results show that the phenomenon of optimal allocation of resources in higher vocational colleges not only exists in the practice of project-based resource allocation,but also in the practice of unit-based resource allocation.Moreover,they all have an impact on the allocation of resources as key core conditions,and the Matthew ef-fect of resource allocation in higher vocational education is significant.In the future,higher vocational edu-cation in China will enter the stage of application and promotion of educational paradigms and development templates.It is necessary to expand the scope of"selecting excellence",expand the selection conditions and resource allocation optimization strategies based on"selecting excellence".
