Cultivation of Modern Craftsman Talents in Vocational Education under the Background of Green and Low Carbon Transformation:Logical Framework and Implementation Path
As a key support for driving green and low-carbon transformation,the cultivation of modern craftsman talents in vocational education can organically integrate the concept of ecological civilization con-struction into the entire process of skilled talent cultivation,and reserve talents and technological strength to lead low-carbon technological innovation and serve the upgrading of industrial structure.Under the back-ground of green and low-carbon transformation,the cultivation of modern craftsman talents in vocational ed-ucation has the characteristics of green professional teaching resources,intensive cooperative education mod-els,and ecological practical teaching activities.It can comprehensively promote the construction of a beauti-ful China by connecting professional teaching content with the demand for green professions in the industry.Facing the trend of green and low-carbon transformation,vocational colleges take the value pedigree of Chi-nese path to modernization as the spiritual core,the evolution process of green education policies as the guide for action,and the international green skills experience as the logical reference to shape the logical framework of modern craftsman talent training.To achieve the goal of cultivating modern craftsmen,vocation-al colleges can base themselves on the concept of green and low-carbon transformation,optimize their type positioning,and improve their guarantee mechanisms;Promote the integration of industry and education,and build cooperative alliances;Deepen technology integration and create a teaching platform.
