The Basic Logic,Practical Framework,Difficulties and Countermeasures of Vocational Education Running Overseas under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the scale of running schools overseas of vocational education in China has been expanding and has achieved initial results.Based on the investigation of 22 overseas educational institutions and projects,this paper analyzes the basic logic of overseas running of vocational education under the background of"the Belt and Road Initiative":China and the countries along the"the Belt and Road Initiative"attach great importance to cooperation in the field of education,and the national strategy requires the development of running schools overseas of vo-cational education,the connotation and characteristics of running schools overseas of vocational education are constantly enriched,and high-quality technical and technical talents are cultivated for the further ad-vancement of"the Belt and Road Initiative".This paper summarizes the practical path of overseas running of vocational education under the background of"the Belt and Road Initiative":clarifying the positioning of running schools,carrying out academic education and training,deepening the cooperation between enter-prises and colleges,clarifying management responsibilities,implementing standard guidance,strengthening the construction of teaching resources,and promoting"skills+Chinese"learning mode.However,there are still some problems,including the sustainable investment of school-running funds,the coordinated develop-ment of schools and enterprises,education and teaching quality control,professional teacher selection,over-coming cultural differences,enrollment and so on.In the future,overseas running of vocational education needs to continue to consolidate resource investment in overseas schools,give full play to the main function of"government,school,industry and enterprise",continue to deepen the reform of talent cultivating mod-els,continue to improve the professional capabilities and enthusiasm of teachers;focus on creating a quality assurance system for running schools overseas.
