新质生产力是数字经济时代的新型生产力,是经济、社会和生态效益统一的体现。新质生产力的崛起,将会对人力资源禀赋和劳动力结构带来显著的需求变迁,为技术技能人才能力培养带来新的挑战。新质生产力不仅要求劳动者具备专业知识和技能,同时还对劳动者的学习能力、统筹能力、创新能力、人机协同能力等综合素养提出更高要求。为更好适应新质生产力发展诉求,职业教育需要在更新人才培养理念、重构教学内容体系、深化产教融合创新模式等关键环节推进改革,满足发展新质生产力对高素质技术技能人才的需求。
The Challenge and Countermeasure Analysis of the Ability Training of Technical and Skilled Talents under the Condition of New Quality Productive Forces
The new quality productive forces is a new type of productivity in the era of digital econo-my,which is the embodiment of the unity of economic,social and ecological benefits.The rise of new quali-ty productive forces will bring significant demand changes to human resource endowment and labor struc-ture,and bring new challenges to the technical and skilled talents ability training.The new quality produc-tive forces not only requires workers to have professional knowledge and skills,but also puts forward higher requirements for workers'comprehensive qualities such as learning ability,overall planning ability,innova-tion ability and man-machine coordination ability.In order to better adapt to the development demands of new quality productive forces,vocational education needs to promote reforms in key links such as updating the concept of talent cultivating,reconstructing teaching content system,and deepening innovation model of the integration between industry and education,so as to meet the need of developing new quality productive forces for high-quality technical and skilled talents.
