Legitimate Participation:The Practical Foundation for the Formation of Effective Skills among Vocational College Students——Qualitative Analysis based on Interview Data of 8 Vocational College Interns
From the perspective of"legitimate marginal participation",using the Wallace social re-search logic model as the research approach, this paper explores the initial starting point of effective skill formation for vocational college interns in the context of industry education integration.Based on interview data from 8 interns,it was found that students were granted different internship identities during the intern-ship process:suppressed"labor force",bystander"outsider",and"legitimate participant".Analysis has found that physical embedding and"power"granting are the basic conditions for individuals to obtain"le-gitimacy"identity,and are one of the practical foundations for the formation of effective skills among voca-tional college students.Exploring the influence mechanism behind the acquisition of"legitimacy"identity among vocational college interns,it is found that the domination of diploma governance over society, the im-balance in the proportion of skill shaping forces, and the lack of humanistic care in school enterprise cooper-ation are important factors that prevent vocational college students from forming an effective practical foun-dation for skills.
