在算法时代,智能算法技术为增强职业教育适应性提供了"硬核"支撑,基于"内容—过程—情境"的整合框架,分别对智能算法技术增强职业教育适应性展开理论演绎。优质资源的精准供给增强了职业教育内容适应性;全周期过程性的追踪增强了职业教育过程适应性;具身认知的沉浸体验增强了职业教育情境适应性。而算法"茧房"、算法"黑箱"及算法"霸权"等技术异化困境的存在,构成了增强职业教育适应性的现实隐忧。因此,完成算法"茧房"突围,需要扩展职业教育对异质化内容的接触面;破除算法"黑箱"诅咒,需要强化职业教育过程中的数字化治理;推进算法"霸权"规制,需要提升职业教育情境中的主体自反性。
The Logic,Realistic Concerns,and Resolving Strategies of Enhancing the Adaptability of Vocational Education with Intelligent Algorithm Technology
In the era of algorithms,intelligent algorithm technology provides"hardcore"support for enhancing the adaptability of vocational education.Based on the integrated framework of"content-process-context",theoretical deductions are made for the enhancement of vocational education adaptability by intel-ligent algorithm technology.The precise supply of high-quality resources enhances the adaptability of voca-tional education content;The full cycle process tracking enhances the adaptability of vocational education process;The immersive experience of embodied cognition enhances the adaptability of vocational education contexts.The existence of technological alienation dilemmas such as algorithmic cocoons,algorithmic black boxes,and algorithmic hegemony constitutes a real concern for enhancing the adaptability of vocational edu-cation.Therefore,to break through the cocoon of algorithms,it is necessary to expand the contact surface of vocational education with heterogeneous content;To break the curse of algorithmic"black box",it is neces-sary to strengthen digital governance in the process of vocational education;To promote the regulation of al-gorithmic hegemony,it is necessary to enhance the subject reflexivity in the context of vocational education.
