数字化转型视域下高职院校数据治理研究

高职院校在数字化转型中产生并积累了大量的数据,加强数据治理研究,有利于厘清高职院校各类数据的逻辑关系,优化数字化职业教育资源配置,提升职业教育决策科学性,持续升级现代化办学理念。当前,高职院校数据治理工作还存在治理责任不清晰、治理力度不充分、治理人员数字素养不高以及缺少充分的治理动力等问题。对此,从厘清治理人员权责、强化治理执行力度、积极开展数字素养培训工作以及落实激励措施等角度入手,探索通过数据治理优化高职院校内部治理的可行路径。
Research on Data Governance in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Digital Transformation
In the process of digital transformation,vocational colleges have generated and accumulat-ed a large amount of data.Strengthening data governance research is conducive to clarifying the logical rela-tionship of various types of data in vocational colleges,optimizing the allocation of digital vocational educa-tion resources,enhancing the scientificity of vocational education decision-making,and continuously up-grading modern educational concepts.At present,there are still problems in the data governance work of vo-cational colleges,such as unclear governance responsibilities,insufficient governance efforts,low digital lit-eracy of governance personnel,and lack of sufficient governance motivation.Starting from clarifying the rights and responsibilities of administrative personnel,strengthening governance execution,actively carry-ing out digital literacy training,and implementing incentive measures,this paper explores feasible paths for optimizing internal governance in vocational colleges through data governance.
