在建设教育强国的新征程上,如何把教育家精神融入一线教师的日常教学中,建立起教育家精神融入教师队伍建设的体制机制,是当前建设高素质、专业化、创新型教师队伍的重中之重。从理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心、弘道追求等角度深入理解中国特有的教育家精神内涵,结合职业教育特点,职业学校教师本着"躬耕教坛,强国有我"的使命感和责任感,可从政治品质、职业准则、职业素养、职业发展、职业境界、职业理想等方面弘扬、践行好教育家精神。
The Contemporary Connotation of Educator's Spirit and the Promotion Path of Vocational Education
On the new journey of the construction of a powerful nation in education,how to integrate the educator's spirit into the daily teaching of front-line teachers and establish a system and mechanism for integrating the educator's spirit into the construction of the teaching team is currently the most important step in building a high-quality,professional,and innovative teaching team.Deeply understand the unique spirit of educators in China from the perspectives of ideal beliefs,moral sentiments,educational wisdom,at-titude towards teaching,benevolence,and influencing others positively,combine it with the characteristics of vocational education,adhere to the sense of mission and responsibility of"working hard in the field edu-cation to strengthen the country",then the spirit of educator can be promoted and practiced effectively from the aspects of political quality,professional standards,professional quality,professional development,pro-fessional realm,professional ideals,etc.
