Research on the Inner Logic,Mechanism and Implementation Path of Integrating Educator Spirit and Craftsman Spirit into Vocational Education Teacher Training
This paper explores the theoretical logic and path of integrating educator spirit and crafts-man spirit into vocational education teacher training.The moral guidance of the educator spirit and the skill pursuit of the craftsman spirit play an important role in the construction of the vocational education teacher team.The educator spirit and craftsman spirit not only jointly shape the overall spirit of the moral guidance and skill pursuit of vocational education teachers,but also promote the inheritance and promotion of profes-sional spirit,enhance the professional dignity and sense of responsibility of teachers,and practice the con-cept of holistic education.Although historical evolution has provided a cultural foundation for the integra-tion of these two spirits into vocational education teacher training,and colleges have also carried out a lot of exploration and practice,a mature training model for integrating these two spirits into the entire process of teacher training still needs to be formed.It is recommended that the comprehensive integration of these two spirits in the training of vocational education teachers be achieved through four paths:value culture guid-ance,integration of theory and practice,school-enterprise collaborative cultivation,and sustainable devel-opment and evaluation.
