The Key to the Success of Vocational Education College Entrance Examination System:the Validity of Vocational Skill Competence Evaluation Method
Scientific and effective vocational competence evaluation is an important guarantee for the training quality of high-skill talents,and is also the key to the success of the vocational education college entrance examination system.Based on the validity framework of vocational competence evaluation method,this paper uses Toulmin demonstration model to conduct a meta-evaluation of the validity of vocational com-petence level certificate evaluation methods.The results show that there is no significant difference in the overall validity of the selected vocational competence evaluation methods,but there are differences in the validity of test scores and test score interpretation.The analysis of the evaluation results shows that the eval-uation method design of most competence certificates lacks the theoretical basis of evaluation technology,the design of vocational competence standards also lacks sufficient methodological basis,the design of test questions lacks context,and the result-oriented scoring method cannot comprehensively evaluate vocational cognitive competence.In order to improve the quality of vocational competence evaluation,it is suggested to introduce a scientific concept of vocational competence evaluation quality,establish a standardized techni-cal standard of vocational competence evaluation,integrate competence evaluation of the vocational educa-tion college entrance examination into the process of education and teaching reform,and develop compe-tence evaluation methods of vocational education college entrance examination based on multi-modal learn-ing analysis.
