职业教育赋能新质生产力发展的内涵要义、运行逻辑和推进路径

新质生产力是新时期我国推动高质量发展,加快中国式现代化建设,解放和发展生产力的重要思想体现,具有要素配置优、产业体系新、创新驱动快、数字赋能强、人力配置准等本质特征。职业教育赋能新质生产力发展,推动中国式现代化高质量发展是时代赋予的使命和责任。研究采用波特的国家竞争优势"钻石"模型对职业教育赋能新质生产力发展的要素组成和运行逻辑进行了探讨,分析了职业教育体系建设改革的运行表征和推进路径。研究认为,现代职业教育体系建设应充分发挥政府统筹作用,促进产教伴生关系;推动多元协同共建,深化校企依赖关系;打造"五金"新基建,重构教学组织关系;优化研发平台组织,创新科教融汇关系;优化数字赋能生态,建立虚实融合关系;完善产教治理体系,处理好内外环境关系。
The Connotation,Running Logic,and Advancing Path of the Development of New Quality Productive Forces Empowered By Vocational Education
The new quality productive forces are an important ideological embodiment of China's pro-motion of high-quality development,acceleration of Chinese-style modernization,liberation,and the devel-opment of productive forces in the new era.It has the essential characteristics of superior factor allocation,a fresh industrial system,fast innovation-driven,strong digital enablement,and accurate manpower alloca-tion.Vocational education empowers the development of new quality productive forces and promotes the high-quality development of Chinese-style modernization is the mission and responsibility entrusted by the era.This paper uses Porter's"Diamond Model"of national competitive advantage to discuss the elements and operation logic of the development of new quality productive forces empowered by vocational education and analyzes the operation characterization and promotion path of the reform of vocational education system construction.It is concluded that the construction of a modern vocational education system should give full play to the overall role of the government and promote the relationship between production and education;Promote multiple cooperation and co-construction,deepen the school-enterprise dependence relationship;Consolidate the new infrastructure of"Gold specialty,Gold lesson,Gold teacher,Gold base,Gold teaching material",reconstruct teaching organization relationship;Optimize the organization of the research and de-velopment platform and innovate the integration relationship between science and education;Optimize the digital empowerment ecology and establish the relationship between virtual and real;We will improve the management system of production and education,properly handle the relationship between internal and ex-ternal environment.
