在全球化和技术革新的双重推动下,供应链与价值链的发展已成为企业乃至国家竞争力的重要标志.职业教育作为人才培养的重要途径,与供应链价值链产生紧密结合,能为企业提供更加适配的技能型人才.然而,在实践中,我国职业教育赋能供应链与价值链的双提升仍面临诸多隐忧,仍存在提升的空间.为此,职业院校应继续深化与供应链企业紧密合作,共同推动职业教育的改革和发展,为供应链和价值链的提升供给更有力的支持.
Abstract
Driven by globalization and technological innovation,the development of supply chains and value chains has become an important symbol of the competitiveness of enterprises and even countries.As an important way of personnel training,vocational education is closely integrated with the supply chains,and value chains,and can provide enterprises with more suitable skilled talents.However,in practice,Chi-na's vocational education empowering supply chains and value chains are still facing many hidden worries,and there is still room for improvement.To this end,vocational colleges should continue to deepen close co-operation with supply chain enterprises,jointly promote the reform and development of vocational educa-tion,and provide more powerful support for the improvement of the supply chain and value chain.
