The Mode,Dilemma,and Optimization Strategy of Vocational Education Service for Rural Revitalization in Ethnic Areas in China
As an education type loaded with multiple values,vocational education is of great signifi-cance for serving rural revitalization in ethnic areas.China's vocational education in ethnic areas serves ru-ral revitalization with four structural morphologies including a"labor supply"mode,"directional circula-tion"mode,"digital rural"mode,and"multiple governance"mode,which have played a positive role in vo-cational education serving the rural revitalization of ethnic areas.However,at the same time,there are still problems in China's ethnic rural areas,such as technical skills to be improved,endogenous development power to be strengthened,and economic development type structure to be improved.Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,it is urgent to further improve the rural human capital of ethnic areas,promote the endogenous development of rural society in ethnic areas to meet the demands of rural economic development,increase the training of new professional farmers with both craftsmanship spirit and green skills,and accelerate the formation of a talent chain,industry chain and a good situation of harmoni-ous coexistence of culture and ecology for rural revitalization in ethnic areas,and provide technical skills support and high-quality talents guarantee for the healthy and sustainable economic and social develop-ment of ethnic areas.
