The"near industrial"characteristics of vocational education and the mission of cultivating skilled talents make it have the innate advantages of solidly promoting common prosperity.In practice,voca-tional education is still faced with problems of insufficient support for regional industrial development and individual development,and weak ability to cultivate talents.It needs to learn from theoretical thinking such as the Chinese traditional theory of education and cultural ecology,adhere to the principle of character-istics and highlight the prerequisite orientation of technology-driven and supporting industries,adhere to the principle of comprehensiveness and concern the comprehensive development of all people and people in the region,adhere to the principle of accessibility and concern the individual acceptance of education,edu-cational supply,and regional culture.From the perspective of action elements,vocational education should focus on the following five aspects to promote common prosperity:overall planning,layout optimization,con-notation upgrading,highlighting research and development,and strengthening training.
