摘要
有效推进面广量大的中小企业积极参与产教融合行动,是深化产教融合的必然要求.针对现有中小企业参与产教融合目标决策与动力机制缺失、模式渠道匮乏、资源利用效率低下、信息沟通交流不畅、运行管理不规范、评价体系不健全等问题,提出基于中小企业参与下行动者网络的转译过程,系统构建共立目标协商机制、共建多元动力机制、共创组织平台载体、共商资源协同机制、共设信息协同机制、共定制度协同机制、共构发展评价体系的推进路径,为异质行动者协同推进中小企业参与产教融合行动提供参考.
Abstract
Effectively promoting a wide range of small and medium-sized enterprises to actively par-ticipate in the action for integration between industry and education is an inevitable requirement for deepen-ing the integration between industry and education.In view of the existing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises participating in the integration between industry and education,such as the lack of deci-sion-making and dynamic mechanism,the lack of mode channels,the low efficiency of resource utilization,the poor communication of information,the non-standard operation and management,and the imperfect evaluation system,this paper puts forward the translation process based on actor network under the partici-pation of small and medium-sized enterprises,and systematically constructs the a collaborative goal negoti-ation mechanism,a collaborative multi-dimensional driving force mechanism,a collaborative organizational platform carrier,a collaborative resource consultation mechanism,a collaborative information sharing mech-anism,a collaborative institutional setting mechanism,and a collaborative development evaluation system,so as to provide reference for heterogeneous actors to promote the participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the integration between industry and education.
