高等职业教育与高等工程教育相互融通:依据与路径——基于工程师形象的描摹

高等职业教育与高等工程教育应相互融通以协同培养工程师.通过对10所高等职业院校和普通本科高校的人才培养方案进行分析发现,高等职业教育与高等工程教育培养的工程师在知识、技能、素质以及人才定位上皆有着内在关联,此为二者融通提供依据.为进一步推进融通进程,构建高质量工程教育体系,二者应加速统筹规划、协同创新.具言之,应建立跨学科的研究机制,拓展工程教育研究的问题框架;构建工程师分类培养体系,优化工程教育系统整体效能;创新数字化融通发展机制,打造持续适应的生态共生网络.
Mutual Integration of Higher Vocational Education and Higher Engineering Education:Basis and Approach——based on the Description of Engineer Image
Higher vocational education and higher engineering education should be integrated with each other to collaboratively cultivate engineers.Through an analysis of the talent cultivating programs of 10 higher vocational colleges and ordinary undergraduate universities,it was found that the knowledge,skills,quality and talents positioning of engineers cultivated by higher vocational education and higher engi-neering education are intrinsically related,which provides a basis for the integration of the two.In order to further promote the process of integration between vocational education and general education and build a high-quality engineering education system,the two should accelerate overall planning and collaborative in-novation.Specifically,an interdisciplinary research mechanism should be established to expand the prob-lem framework of engineering education research,a classification training system for engineers should be constructed to optimize the overall effectiveness of the engineering education system,a digital integration development mechanism should be innovated to create a continuously adaptable ecological symbiosis net-work.
