智能制造新应用场景下现场工程师培养的现实困境与路径优化

随着科技革命和新型工业化的持续推进,制造业涌现出数字孪生、数字设计、智能检测,人机协同等数字化、智能化职业应用场景。新场景带来人才需求变革,能扎根生产一线、并创造性解决技术应用问题的智能制造现场工程师成为制约广大中小制造企业数字化转型与智能化升级的关键。现阶段职业教育在培养现场工程师的过程中,存在协同育人平台不完善、课程体系亟待重构一体化育人全过程等现实困境。因此,通过重新梳理产业链—岗位链—流程链—能力链—专业链—课程链的链接逻辑,依照产业需求导向、项目任务驱动、职业能力递进、创新实践支撑理念,引领多主体协同打造产科教平台、推动系统化重构高本协同课程体系、促进产学研训赛创一体化实施,全方位落实智能制造现场工程师的培养。
Realistic Dilemmas and Path Optimization of Field Engineer Training under New Application Scenarios of Intelligent Manufacturing
With the continuous advancement of the technological revolution and new industrializa-tion,digital and intelligent professional application scenarios such as digital twins,digital design,intelli-gent detection,and human-machine collaboration have emerged in the manufacturing industry.New scenar-ios have brought about changes in talent demand.Intelligent manufacturing field engineers who can take root in the production line and creatively solve technology application problems have become the key to re-stricting the digital transformation and intelligent upgrade of the majority of small and medium-sized manu-facturing enterprises.At this stage,in the process of cultivating field engineers in vocational education,there are practical difficulties such as the incomplete collaborative education platform and the urgent need to reconstruct the curriculum system to integrate the entire education process.Therefore,it is necessary to reorganize the linking logic of the industry chain,job chain,process chain,capability chain,professional chain,and course chain,and follow the concepts of industry demand orientation,project task drive,progres-sive professional ability,and innovative practice support,to lead multi-subject collaboration in building an obstetrics education platform,promote systematic reconstruction of the specialized collaborative curriculum system,and promote the integration of industry-university,research,training,competition and innovation,in order to comprehensively implement the training of intelligent manufacturing field engineers.
