摘要

虚拟仿真实训是提升高职院校学生工作能力、自主学习能力、解决问题能力和创新能力的重要手段与途径.当前,高职院校虚拟仿真实训教学愈来愈呈现以技术为中心的设备导向,虚拟仿真实训资源质量不高、教学改革力度不强、学生学习效果不佳等问题依旧存在.基于工作场所学习理论构建虚拟仿真实训教学活动系统模型,从"编码—解码"维度开展归因分析,发现虚拟仿真实训教学存在教学性资源的缺失、"以教为中心"与"以学为中心"的冲突、一体化衔接不畅等深层次问题症结,需要通过提升开发者的认知深度、强化职业知识生成的教学功能、建立真实的"教与学"关系以及完善虚拟仿真实训教学保障体系进行优化纾解.

Abstract

Virtual simulation training is an important means and approach to improve students'work ability,independent learning ability,problem-solving ability and innovation ability in higher vocational col-leges.Currently,virtual simulation training teaching in higher vocational colleges is increasingly technolo-gy-centered and equipment-oriented.Problems such as low quality of virtual simulation training resources,weak teaching reform efforts,and poor learning outcomes for students still exist.Based on the workplace learning theory,a virtual simulation training activity system model was constructed,and attribution analysis was carried out from the"encoding-decoding"dimension.It was found that there are deep-seated problems in virtual simulation training teaching,such as the lack of teaching resources,conflicts between"teaching centered"and"learning centered",and poor integration.It is necessary to improve the cognitive depth of de-velopers,strengthen the teaching function of professional knowledge generation,establish a real"teaching learning"relationship,and improve the virtual simulation training teaching guarantee system for optimiza-tion and relief.
