信息生态视域下终身学习的数字化转型探析

摘要
数字化是建设终身学习教育体系的重要途径.从信息生态理论视角出发,在考察数字化转型的"信息人""信息""信息环境""信息技术"四个因素间作用关系基础上,构建了终身学习数字化转型的信息生态系统模型.结合理论模型,从满足数字社会公民的多样化学习诉求、顺应知识生产转型带来的教育内容变革、应对后疫情时代日益增长的不确定性、赋能教育数字生态体系的完善等方面,分析了终身学习数字化转型的驱动因素.建议从培养信息人以增强数字化的适应力、提升信息质量以赋予数字化的新动能、重塑信息环境以厘清数字化的发展向度、增强信息技术以强化数字化的支撑力等方面,促进终身学习的数字化转型.
Abstract
Digitization is an important way to build a lifelong learning education system.From the per-spective of information ecology theory,the paper proposes an information ecosystem model,based on the ex-amination of the relationships between"information people""information""information environment"and"information technology"in digital transformation.Combining the theoretical model,the paper also analyz-es the driving factors of lifelong learning digital transformation from the aspects of meeting civics'diverse learning demands in the digital society,adapting to changes in educational content due to knowledge pro-duction transformation,addressing uncertainty in the post-pandemic era,and empowering the improvement the of education digital ecosystem.The paper suggests promoting the digital transformation of lifelong learn-ing by cultivating information professionals'adaptability to digitalization,enhancing information quality to empower new dynamics in digitization,reshaping the information environment to clarify the direction of digi-tal development,and strengthening information technology to reinforce its support for digitization,etc.
