Evolution,Framework Analysis,and Enhancement Strategies of Digital Capabilities for Higher Vocational College Teachers in the Context of Industry 4.0
In the era of Industry 4.0,the education sector needs to reconsider the abilities required for talent in the future society,particularly in the areas of digitization and intelligence.Higher vocational colleg-es play a crucial role in cultivating high-quality technical professionals,and as a result,they must undergo digital transformation.Qualified teachers with digital knowledge,abilities,and a positive attitude are essen-tial for driving this transformation.Starting from the development process of vocational education,this paper analyzes the connotation of digital capabilities for vocational college teachers and constructs a framework for their digital capabilities based on eight representative domestic and foreign literature sources which in-clude three aspects with twelve ability factors:civic digital capability,digital teaching capability,profession-al digital capability.It proposes three strategies to enhance the digital capabilities of vocational college teachers:"cultural guidance+targeted certification""digital empowerment+combining formality and in-formality"and"organizational structure+platform support".
