Reflection of Action Logic and Experience of the Swedish Vocational Education System Identity
The vocational education system identity is a coupling between society's inherent experi-ence and value feedback towards the vocational education system,which is crucial for achieving the social identity of vocational education and serves as an important basis for promoting high-quality development in vocational education.The vocational education system identity is a comprehensive system that builds a pub-lic identity network of the vocational education system through legal protection,qualification frameworks,certification systems,and skills training systems.Sweden's vocational education system reflects its commit-ment to quality in vocational education and social development,making it a model for global integration be-tween occupational and general educational systems.Through laws and policies,Sweden provides practical legal protection for vocational education;it establishes explicit institutional foundations based on national qualification frameworks;it creates flexible certification systems based on market demand and industry stan-dards,and embodies lifelong learning concepts within its skills training system.These elements together form an efficient,transparent,and sustainable framework for recognizing the vocational education system in Sweden.This not only enhances social recognition of Swedish vocational education but also provides valu-able reference experiences for improving China's vocational education system identity.
