The Coupling of Vocational Education and New Quality Productive Forces:Logical Base Point,Realistic Blocking Point and Practical Conception
The relationship between vocational education and new quality productive forces is essen-tially a deep extension of the relationship between education and productivity.Education and productivity must be coupled and intertwined.From the logical base point of the coupling relationship,the two have the mutual integration of value purpose,the complimentary of resource elements,the same frequency resonance of the practice process,which has the rationality of the theoretical coupling.However,in reality,there is a coupling blocking point between vocational education and new quality productive forces.There is a contra-diction in the supply of human resources that vocational education talents are"needed"in theory but are"underestimated"in practice and there are still some dilemmas,such as the multi-group interest barrier of the coordinated development of industry and education is"integrated but not deep",the insufficient output leaded by the difficulty in matching the research and development capabilities of vocational education with the needs of productivity development.Therefore,vigorously promoting the coupling of vocational education and new quality productive forces needs to truly promote the integration between vocational education and general education,integration between industry and education,integration between science and education integration.By optimizing the positioning of vocational education types,strengthening the integrated deploy-ment of industry,academia,research and application,building a"site type"research and development eco-system,and solving the problem of coupling the two.
