新质生产力是生产力的先进质态,体现在生产力的质态变革、系统要素的优化组合、创新引领的颠覆性革命以及全要素生产率的显著提高。职业教育在新质生产力形成的过程中扮演着至关重要的角色,通过提高劳动者的素质、促进技术创新与应用协同、培育创新精神和能力,对新质生产力的形成和发展产生深远的影响。当前,职业教育面临着混淆类型定位、教学模式现代性缺失以及割裂教学组织流程各要素的认知误区。在形成和发展新质生产力背景下,重塑对职业教育的认知尤为重要。新质生产力的发展要求再构职业教育类型与定位认知以使其指向明确和技能适配,重构教学模式认知以提升其适应性和现代性,重塑组织流程认知以优化其协同性和有效性。
The Promoting Effects and Cognitive Reshaping of Vocational Education in the Formation and Development of New Quality Productive Forces
The new quality productive forces represents an advanced state of productivity,which is re-flected in the qualitative transformation of productivity,the optimized combination of system elements,the subversive revolution led by innovation,and the significant improvement of total factor productivity.Voca-tional education plays a crucial role in this process,as it influences the formation and development of the new quality productive forces by improving the quality of laborers,promoting technological innovation and application synergy and cultivating innovative spirit and ability.At present,the vocational education faces confusion in type positioning,the lack of modernity in teaching models,and cognitive misunderstandings that fragment the various elements of teaching organization processes.Therefore,Under the background of the formation and development of the new quality productive forces,it is particularly important to reshape the cognition of vocational education.The development of new quality productive forces requires to recon-struct the cognition of type positioning of vocational education to make it pointing clear and skill adaptation,reconstruct the cognition of teaching mode to improve its adaptability and modernity,and reconstruct the cognition of organizational process to optimize its synergy and effectiveness.
