The Current Situation Analysis and Optimization Strategy of the Integrated Talents Cultivating in Vocational Education
In the face of the new changes in the demand for talents in the country's high-quality de-velopment,the new requirements of the industrial revolution for the development of science and technology,and the new expectations of the construction of an education power for the high-quality development of vo-cational education,it is imperative to improve the vocational education system and move up the level.Carry-ing out integrated talents cultivating is a major measure to improve the talent cultivating system of vocation-al education.It is an important channel to enrich the connotation of modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,promote the horizontal communication between vocational and general educa-tion,and realize the development of students by multi-path.Focusing on the"3+4"integrated talents culti-vating,this paper provides new development ideas for the smooth development of the"3+4"integrated tal-ents cultivating under the new development background from the aspects of top-level design,practical mechanism and multiple participation on the basis of analyzing the urgent need to solve the problems in the implementation of the project.
