科教融汇背景下职业教育现场工程师培养:新内涵、新困境与新策略

科教融汇背景下职业教育现场工程师培养生发了新内涵,除了既往人才培养要求的科学知识与技术知识充分沟通与交融,还强调科技与教学相容共进、科研与教研协同齐步、科技与教研相辅相成。然而,同样也面临亟待解决的新困境,即科技与职业教育发展融汇难、科研与职业教育教研缺乏协同载体、科技与职业教育教研难以相辅相成等问题。解决上述难题,需要超越传统科学与技术知识二元论,推动知识、技能、科技、教学、科研与教研六维共融共生。根植科技素养,推动科技与职业教育在专业发展中相容共进;新建科研与教研载体,推动科研与教研在课程创新中协同齐步;系统梳理技术知识,推动科技与教研在一线生产与教学同步中相辅相成。

Under the background of integrating science and education,the training of on-site engi-neers in vocational education has developed new connotations.In addition to the full communication and in-tegration of scientific and technical knowledge required by previous talent cultivation,it also emphasizes the compatibility and progress of technology and teaching,the synergy between scientific research and teaching research,and the complementarity between technology and teaching research.However,there are also new challenges that urgently need to be addressed,such as difficulties in integrating technology and vo-cational education development,lack of collaborative carriers between scientific research and vocational ed-ucation research,and difficulty in complementing technology and vocational education research.To solve the above problems,it is necessary to go beyond the traditional dualism of scientific and technological knowledge,and promote the six dimensions of knowledge,skills,technology,teaching,scientific research,and teaching and research to coexist.Rooting in technological literacy,promoting the compatibility and progress of technology and vocational education in professional development.Establish new research and teaching research carriers,promote the synergy between research and teaching research in curriculum inno-vation,systematically sort out technical knowledge,and promote the complementarity of technology and teaching research in frontline production and teaching synchronization.
