Planning Guidance,Conceptual Innovation:Promote High-Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education through High-Level Competitions——Analysis based on the 2023 National Vocational College Skills Competition
On the basis of a comprehensive summary of 15 years of experience in organizing competi-tions,the 2023 National Vocational College Skills Competition innovated its ideas,actively sought changes and responded to the new requirements of industrial transformation and high-quality development of voca-tional education.The competition successfully held 132 events.By scientifically formulating a five-year plan for the competition,comprehensively optimizing the competition setting,improving regulations and questions,focusing on new majors,connecting with new industries,setting new events,designing new regu-lations,and competing new skills,expanding the coverage of the competition,continuously improving the professional level of the competition,the system and mechanism of the competition were improved and the organization of the competition was standardized.By fully leveraging the role of the competition in promot-ing learning and teaching through competition,deepening the comprehensive education of"job,courses,competition,certificates",and cultivating a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for frontline production,strong support for serving the construction of a skilled society was provided,the strate-gy of building a strong education country was implemented,and the high-quality development of modern vocational education through high-level first-class competitions was promoted.
