"面向人人、因材施教"的高职院校专业群实践样态与行动逻辑——基于多案例的比较

为更好满足人民对职业教育的更高期待,高职院校近年来开展了一场由关注"面向市场、促进就业"向关注"面向人人、因材施教"转变的行动.通过多案例比较分析可以发现,作为推进职业教育供给侧结构性改革的重要抓手,高职院校专业群的功能结构在这一转变过程中呈现出"群体单一化、施教同一化""群体分级化、施教分级化"以及"群体分类化、施教分类化"的特征.这些异质的功能结构是高职院校专业群选择性简化外部环境的自我生产的结果.政府、高职院校和专业群可以通过持续引导、聚势蓄能、分类发展和衔接融通等举措推进专业群功能结构渐进演化.
The Practice Pattern and Action Logic of the Major Cluster in Higher Vocational Colleges of"Facing Everyone and Teaching Students According to Their Aptitude"——Comparison Based on Multiple Cases
In order to better meet the people's higher expectations for vocational education,higher vo-cational colleges have carried out a change in recent years from focusing on"facing the market and promot-ing employment"to focusing on"facing everyone and teaching students according to their aptitude".Through the comparative analysis of multiple cases,it can be found that the function and structure of major cluster in higher vocational colleges show the characteristics of"group singleness,teaching uniformity","group grading,teaching grading"and"group diversification,teaching classification".These heterogeneous functional structures are the result of the selective simplification of the external environment of major clus-ter in higher vocational colleges.The government,higher vocational colleges and major cluster can promote the gradual evolution of the functional structure of major cluster through continuous guidance,gathering po-tential and energy,classified development and integration.
