The Logical Dimension of the Integration Construction of Undergraduate Vocational Education Disciplines and Majors
The proposal and implementation of the"double high-quality"construction strategy have promoted the rapid development of vocational education,providing possibilities for the coordination and in-tegration of professional groups and subject construction.The key for building a first-class vocational under-graduate is to promote the integration of disciplines and majors.The discipline construction and profession-al construction of vocational undergraduate are essentially interdependent,mutually supportive,and coordi-nated developed.Discipline construction is the foundation of professional construction,and professional construction feeds back on discipline construction.By reviewing the history and current situation of disci-plinary and professional construction in higher education institutions,it is found that due to deviations in ideological understanding,misaligned construction goals,and a disconnect in organizational management,the phenomenon of"unrelated"between disciplinary and professional construction in higher vocational col-leges in China is prominent.In order to achieve the strategic goal of"double high-quality"construction,vo-cational undergraduate education should establish the concept of integrated construction of disciplines and majors,integrate endogenous forces,establish a comprehensive management department,and establish a scientific evaluation mechanism to promote the coordinated development of disciplines and majors.
