Theoretical Exploration and Inspiration on Cultivating the Spirit of Craftsmanship among College Students in Higher Vocational College Ideological and Political Courses
Promoting the spirit of craftsmanship and cultivating great craftsmen is the era goal of voca-tional education in China.Ideological and political courses have gradually become the main way for higher vocational colleges in China to explore and cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship among college students.Tak-ing college students majoring in medicine and health in higher vocational colleges in China as the subjects,through interviews,qualitative coding analysis and case studies,a framework for classroom teaching and practical teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges to cultivate the crafts-manship of college students was constructed.This paper proposes that higher vocational colleges should ad-here to the guidance of ideological and political courses based on the concept of"the greatness of the coun-try",and points out the inevitability of the spirit of craftsmanship among college students;it should imple-ment"self growth"as the main body of ideological and political courses,and form the driving force for the spirit of craftsmanship among college students.
