学习型社会的数字化生成:逻辑架构与行动路向

学习型社会建构是社会焕发生命力的关键,也是提升国家竞争力的重要手段.学习型社会建构需要把握数字化转型契机,通过数字化重构学习型社会建构的底层逻辑和实施路径.学习型社会的数字化生成蕴含了学习型社会本体的数字化重塑、社会空间的数字化开放和社会时间的数字化重构等实践逻辑,其行动结构是系统、组织、资源支配下的运行整体,包含了政府、教育体系、技术体系和社会组织等主体性要素,数字化嵌入的自然、社会、生物和心理等环境性要素,教育供给制度相关的组织、权力和资源等制度性要素,以及超越当前社会形态建设的人才培养理念性要素.学习型社会的数字化生成并不会自动发生,需要重构技术维系的"个体—社会"互动关系为依托的关系本体,强化"个体—组织"契约为依托的实质载体,推进"个体—个体"行动网络的组织系统建构.学习型社会的数字化生成路径指向全社会参与的行动者网络体系建构,可以通过学校体系嵌入数字化发展的"文化基因",通过数字化平台夯实学习型社会的基础,通过适配个体学习进程形成契合学习者学习逻辑的学习进路,以及通过个体与社会的多重互动关系生成整体网络.
The Digital Generation of Learning Society:the Logical Structure and Action Direction
The construction of a learning society is the key to the vitality of society and the primary means to enhance national competitiveness.It needs to grasp the opportunity of digital transformation and reconstruct the underlying logic and implementation path of learning society construction through digitaliza-tion.The digital generation of a learning society contains practical logic such as the digital reshaping of the learning society ontology,the digital opening of social space,and the digital reconstruction of social time.Its action structure is an overall operation under the domination of systems,organizations,and resources,in-cluding subjective elements such as the government,education system,technology system,social organiza-tion,environmental elements such as natural,social,biological,and psychological elements embedded in digitalization,institutional elements such as organization,power,and resources related to educational sup-ply systems,and ideological elements of talent training beyond the construction of current social forms.The digital generation of the learning society will not occur automatically,it needs to reconstruct the relationship ontology based on the"individual-society"interaction maintained by technology,strengthen the"individu-al-organization"contract as the substantive carrier,and promote the construction of the"individual-individ-ual"action network organization system.The digital generation path of the learning society directs to the construction of an actor-network system involving the whole of the society,which can be achieved through embedding the"cultural gene"of digital development into school systems,strengthening the foundation of learning society by digital platforms,forming learning paths that fit the learning logic of the learning pro-cesses of individuals,and generating the whole network based on the multiple interactions between individu-als and society.
