The Status Quo and Promotion Strategy of the Digital Literacy of Community Education Teachers:an Empirical Study Based on the Community Education Teachers in S City
The digital literacy level of community education teachers is not only related to their per-sonal career development and life quality but also to the quality and speed of digital transformation of com-munity education. However, there has been limited research focusing on the digital literacy of community education teachers.Utilizing the industry standard index framework for Teachers'Digital Literacy issued by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China,a self-designed questionnaire was used to in-vestigate the current status and challenges related to digital literacy among over 2,000 teachers in S City. The study revealed that while more than half of community education teachers demonstrate good or above-average levels of digital literacy, there remains room for improvement.Furthermore, disparities exist in the digital literacy levels across different teaching levels, with inadequate access to necessary digital learning resources and a need for enhanced systematization, hierarchy, and effectiveness in digital-related training.
