The Realistic Foundation,Action Framework and Implementation Path of Vocational Education Digital Transformation
The digital transformation of vocational education is an important content of the moderniza-tion of vocational education and an important starting point for accelerating the construction of a powerful nation of vocational education.With the coming of a new developmental stage,the digital transformation of vocational education in China has a solid political foundation,a solid economic foundation,a strong integra-tion of science and education,and an orderly modernization process with a sufficient realistic foundation.It should focus on"the deep innovation of cognition,infrastructure,and elements","a triple paradigm of poli-cy-driven,practice-oriented,and mutual learning of experience",and multiple agent collaboration of"gov-ernment-school-family-enterprise-research-society"to reshape the new ecology of smart vocational educa-tion,scientifically build an action framework of"what,how,who,and where to turn",and work hard on five aspects including the cultivation of healthy"digital culture"gene,the building of hierarchical"core ele-ment"framework,the reinforcement of barrier-free"facility environment"building,the continuous im-provement of"transformation capacity"levels and the construction of a global"digital ecosystem"to achieve new breakthroughs.
