Research and Practice of Vocational Education Running Schools Overseas Serving the Localized Talents Requirements of Overseas Chinese Enterprises
Under the background of economic globalization,Chinese enterprises have successively gone abroad to participate in global market competition,and the demand for localized talents from the Chi-nese enterprises has become increasingly prominent.The reason is that localized employment of overseas Chinese enterprises can reduce labor costs,integrate into the local market,and improve the international im-age of enterprises.However,due to the unfamiliarity of enterprises with local culture and policies,the insuf-ficient number of local talents and the poor quality,the overseas Chinese enterprises are facing various chal-lenges in the localization of employment.As an important way to serve overseas Chinese enterprises,the running schools overseas of vocational education is of great significance to cultivate high-skilled talents to meet the localization needs of enterprises through short-term training and the establishment of overseas branches.Further combined with practical cases,this paper analyzes how to give full play to the power of"government,industry,enterprise and school"to provide localized talents reserve for Chinese enterprises,and provide reference for the running schools overseas of vocational education services to overseas Chinese enterprises in the future.
