The Practical Effects,Main Problems and Optimization Paths of Promoting Modern Apprenticeship System in Provincial Areas——Analysis of Quality Monitoring Based on Jiangsu Modern Apprenticeship System Pilot Project
Jiangsu vocational education vigorously promotes the construction of a modern apprentice-ship talent training quality system on the basis of leading by trial and error.Based on systematic planning,improving systems,and improving standards,it focuses on promoting curriculum reconstruction,teaching re-form,and evaluation innovation.Based on specialized quality monitoring at the provincial level,this study systematically analyzes the main achievements of Jiangsu's modern apprenticeship system since the pilot project in terms of collaborative mechanisms,connotation construction,apprenticeship development,and service industries,as well as the shortcomings in deepening understanding,professional foundation,cohe-sion,and strengthening collaboration.To meet the training requirements for high-quality technical and skilled talents,it is proposed to continuously promote the high-quality development of modern apprentice-ship through improving leadership mechanisms,consolidating operational systems,innovating educational models,improving quality assurance,and optimizing the overall ecosystem.
