Trend of New Energy Vehicle Industry and Prediction of Skilled Talent Demand under the Background of"Dual Carbon"
Interpreting the background and connotation of the"dual carbon"goal further clarifies the relationship between advocating green,environmental protection,and low-carbon concepts,achieving green transformation and development,and developing new energy vehicles.Summarize the characteristics of the development of the new energy vehicle industry under the background of dual carbon,including policy ori-entation,urban industrial clusters,diversified industrial chain structure,capital intensity and long-term pe-riodicity,and being in a period of deep reshaping of the competitive landscape.Based on the characteristics of the industry and the direction of updating and iterating existing technologies,the development trend and challenges faced by the new energy vehicle industry were analyzed.Based on this,the key role of skilled tal-ents in consolidating the development foundation of the new energy vehicle industry has been clarified.Through qualitative analysis of the relationship between the supply of skilled talents and the demand for in-dustry in the automotive vocational colleges to be established in the next five years,a preliminary under-standing of the supply and demand of skilled talents in the future has been obtained.New methods and sug-gestions for optimizing the training mode of skilled talents have been proposed to accelerate the pace of cul-tivating high-quality skilled talents in vocational colleges,ensure the efficient development of the new ener-gy vehicle industry,and contribute to the high-quality achievement of the"dual carbon"goal.
