Research on the High Quality Ideological and Political Work of Higher Vocational College Teachers under the Guidance of Educator Spirit
Ideological and political work is the lifeline of all work in higher vocational colleges,and teachers'ideological and political work is placed in an important position in the work of higher vocational colleges.In December 2023,the Ministry of Education issued the"Quality Standards for Party Building and Ideological and Political Work of Teachers in Colleges and Universities(Trial)",which put forward systemat-ic requirements and provided practical guidance for ideological and political work of higher vocational col-lege teachers.Combining the educator spirit with teachers'ideological work,constructing a system and mechanism,creating a good ecosystem,clarifying the goal orientation in which the educator spirit leads the high-quality ideological and political work of higher vocational college teachers,will help to promote teach-ers in higher vocational colleges to become great teachers in the era of"integration of teachers of classics and teachers of moral cultivation",to become craftsmen who lead the way with"moral and technical skills",to become soul engineers who"love the whole world",and will help comprehensively improve the ideologi-cal and political quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and contribute vocational education efforts to provide satisfactory education for the people and build a powerful nation in education.
