The Operating Mechanism and Action Framework of Curriculum Governance in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Chinese Path to Educational Modernization
Curriculum governance is the optimization and upgrading of curriculum management.It is an important measure to promote the modernization of the education governance system as a whole and an inevitable requirement to improve the quality of higher vocational education.Vocational education has cross-border characteristics,which are mainly reflected in the alliance between enterprises and schools,the integration of vocational and educational fields,and the overlap of the workplace and the learning field.In the context of Chinese path to educational modernization,it is necessary to guide multi-party participation,deepen collective deliberation,process monitoring and effectiveness evaluation,and build a complete curric-ulum governance mechanism to achieve the goal of vocational education talent cultivation.To deepen the re-form of the vocational education system,it is necessary to continuously advocate the value of governance,create an interactive chain of subject consensus,rebuild the governance structure,form a network of curricu-lum subject interests,reform governance technology,and promote digital empowerment governance,so as to better construct a new era of vocational education curriculum governance system.
