Clarification of the connotation and implementation strategies of action oriented teaching model in vocational education——based on a systematic curriculum development paradigm on the work process
Currently,the action oriented teaching model in vocational education has not yet formed an academic consensus,resulting in low promotion effectiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the con-cept of action oriented teaching model in vocational education from the aspects of core connotation,teach-ing objectives,teaching subjects,teaching process,teaching content,and teaching evaluation,and to ex-plore the value of action oriented teaching model in vocational education from the three dimensions of soci-ety,education,and subjects.On this basis,the implementation strategy of action oriented teaching model in vocational education is proposed,which includes analyzing learners'learning situation based on their work level,designing teaching according to the work process,implementing teaching based on work interaction,evaluating teaching with the help of professional standards,and organizing teaching resources according to work tasks.
