Upgrade of Major and Digital Transformation of Vocational Education:Components,Practical Dilemmas and Strategy Optimization
This paper used text analysis method and Nvivo12.0 plus software to conduct open coding,axial coding,and selective coding on 78 application forms.The constituent elements of vocational education upgrade of major and digital transformation were identified as follows:starting from vocational ability analy-sis and research,taking curriculum construction as the carrier,taking teaching reform as the opportunity,taking personnel quality improvement as the aim,taking software and hardware transformation as the sup-port,and taking the institutional mechanisms as the guarantee.The practical difficulties in the upgrading and digital transformation of vocational education majors include low participation of various stakeholders,insufficient integration of industry and education,low digital literacy of the teaching staff,and unsatisfacto-ry curriculum construction results.To promote the upgrading and digital transformation of vocational educa-tion majors,it is necessary to increase the attention of various stakeholders,further deepen the integration of industry and education,enhance the digital literacy of teachers,and promote the construction of digital courses.
