智能健康服务视域下卫生职业教育数字化转型的研究与实践

摘要
信息化、智能化、数字化赋能健康服务业新质生产力,改变了传统健康服务的模式,也对从业人员的能力素质提出了新要求.通过分析智能健康服务业的发展态势,卫生职业教育在智能健康服务背景下的数字化转型现状与挑战,提出构建支撑体系、创新数字化驱动的教学决策系统、加强教师团队的数字化建设、开发卫生健康工作场景下的数字化实践金课以及加强监管与评估等一系列创新与实践措施与策略,期望通过有效的数字化转型,卫生职业教育能够更好地适应智能健康服务的需求,培养高素质数字化卫生职业人才.
Abstract
Informatization,intelligence,and digitalization empower new quality productive forces in the health service industry,change the traditional mode of health service and put forward new requirements for the capabilities and quality of practitioners.By analyzing the development trend of the intelligent health service industry,the current situation and challenges of digital transformation of health vocational education in the context of intelligent health services,a series of innovative and practical measures and strategies are proposed,including building a support system,innovating a digital driven teaching decision-making sys-tem,strengthening the digital construction of teacher teams,developing digital practice gold courses in the context of health work,and strengthening supervision and evaluation.It is expected that through effective digital transformation,health vocational education can better adapt to the needs of intelligent health servic-es and cultivate high-quality digital health talents.
