The Dilemma and Integration of Industry-Education Collective Action:Structural Analysis Based on the Organizational Field
Industry-education integration is an inherent law of industrial development and an inevita-ble requirement for high-quality modern vocational education.It has become a major strategic initiative at the national level.However,in the process of practice,the dilemma of industry-education collective action seems to be a"natural state of affairs".This is the result of the structural elements of participation subjects,relationship systems,and institutional environments in the organizational field of industry-education inte-gration.The solution to the dilemma lies in the following aspects:at the subject level,it is essential to recog-nize interest demands,create and share value,and provide continuous momentum for collective action in in-dustry-education integration;at the relationship system level,it needs to innovate organizational forms,en-hance structuralization,and stabilize the shared space for industry-education collective action;at the insti-tutional environment level,it needs to complete the institutional elements,balancing between soft and hard measures,and form the constraining force of industry-education collective action.
