不完全契约理论视域下,契约设计明晰产教融合型企业可持续发展的权益保障、契约执行促进产教融合型企业可持续发展的协同共赢、契约调整优化产教融合型企业可持续发展的通变达权.产教融合型企业建设培育中留有价值目标取向冲突、有限理性矛盾挑战及产教信息封闭阻塞的契约设计之困;显现沟通协调机制失灵、职教发展氛围失范及社会网络关系失衡的契约执行之难;存在激励制度不健全、资产专用性不坚韧及适变能力不充分的契约调整之窘.可通过优化契约设计,提升产教融合型企业的认知;强化契约执行,增强产教融合型企业的信心;细化契约调整,通畅产教融合型企业的运营,助推其可持续发展.
The Logic,Dilemma,and Path of Sustainable Development of Industry-Education Integration Enterprises from the Perspective of Incomplete Contract Theory
From the perspective of incomplete contract theory,the design of contracts clarifies the rights and interests protection of the sustainable development of the industry-education integration enter-prises,the execution of contracts promotes the synergy and win-win cooperation of the industry-education integration enterprises,and the adjustment of contracts optimizes the adaptability and flexibility of the in-dustry-education integration enterprises in the pursuit of sustainable development.However,there are val-ue orientation conflicts,contradictions of limited rationality,and information blocking in the contract design of the industry-education integration enterprises;there are dysfunctions in communication and coordination mechanisms,abnormal development atmosphere in vocational education,and imbalanced social network re-lationships in the execution of contracts;there are inadequate incentive systems,insufficient asset specifici-ty,and insufficient adaptability in the adjustment of contracts.It is possible to promote the sustainable de-velopment of the industry-education integration enterprises by optimizing the design of contracts,enhanc-ing the awareness of the industry-education integration enterprises;and strengthening contract enforce-ment,enhancing the confidence of the industry-education integration enterprises;refining the operation of the industry-education integration enterprises through fine-tuning the adjustment of contracts,promoting its sustainable development.
