摘要
区域劳动教育共同体是政府、学校、家庭、社会组成的推进劳动教育的利益共同体,是基于共同目标、身份认同和利益共享三类核心要素构建出的责任共同体、实践共同体、育人共同体.以区域劳动教育"1+1+N"实践模式为例,借助多主体共商,构建区域劳动教育责任共同体;依托项目共建,打造区域劳动教育实践共同体;贯彻利益共享,铸就区域劳动教育育人共同体,为区域推进劳动教育提供理论依据和实践依据.
Abstract
The regional labor education community is a community of interests composed of the gov-ernment,schools,families,and society to promote labor education.It is a community of responsibility,prac-tice,and education constructed by three core elements:common goals,identity,and benefit sharing.Taking the"1+1+N"practice mode of regional labor education as an example,we aim to build a responsibility com-munity for regional labor education with the help of multi-agent consultation,a practice community for re-gional labor education through project collaboration,and an education community for regional labor educa-tion by implementing benefit sharing,thus providing a theoretical and practical basis for promoting labor ed-ucation in the region.
