摘要
职业教育强国是职业教育发展质量、服务贡献、民众满意度和国际影响力等强大且显著的国家,具有高质性、适恰性、现代性、贡献大、国际化程度高等鲜明特征,中国特色职业教育强国具有坚持和加强党的全面领导、人口变局带来新的机遇和挑战、"自主探索、创新发展"需求更加迫切等典型特征.职业教育强国建设应以现代职业教育体系、产教深度融合、高素质技术技能人才、"双师型"教师队伍和职业教育数字化为主要支点,以坚持理念引领、推进体系深融、加强人才培养、强化数字赋能、坚持科研创新、扩大高水平对外开放为推进路径.
Abstract
Vocational education power is a country with strong and significant quality of vocational ed-ucation development,service contribution,public satisfaction and international influence.It has distinctive characteristics of high quality,appropriateness,modernity,great contribution and high degree of internation-alization.A vocational education power with Chinese characteristics has typical characteristics such as ad-hering to and strengthening the Communist Party of China's overall leadership,new opportunities and chal-lenges brought by demographic changes,and more urgent needs for"independent exploration and innova-tive development".The construction of vocational education power should take the modern vocational edu-cation system,the deep integration between industry and education,high-quality technical and skilled tal-ents,the"double-qualified"teachers and the digitization of vocational education as the main fulcrum,and adhere to the concept guidance,promote the deep integration of the system,strengthen personnel training,strengthen digital empowerment,adhere to scientific research and innovation,and expand the high-level opening to the outside world as the promotion path.
